Graphic Design
Awesome Signs offers complete graphic design for your sign
requirements. Our experienced designers use Adobe Illustrator and
FlexiSIGN-PRO programs giving you the most versatile means to
accomplish your desired results. We provide the first 20 minutes of
design time included in the price of the signage. This is usually
enough time to reach your desired goals. Some applications require
more detailed design. We charge $60 per hour for design time beyond
the included 20 minutes. Your satisfaction with the results is our
goal.
Sign Manufacturing
Our in-house capabilities include:
Mimaki
JV3-160 full color printer.
It can print on roll stock up to 64 inches wide. Here is
where we print multi-color signs for real estate signs,
vehicle advertising and wraps, enlarged photographs,
banners, magnet signs, directory signs, window and door
decals, window perforated films, translucent films.
Mimaki CG-160 Cutting Plotter.
It can cut vinyl up to 62 inches wide. This is where we
cut all single color vinyl designs for window and door
decals, yard signs, information signs, magnet signs,
vehicle advertising.
Seal 62 Ultra Laminator.
This machine applies the laminate, either gloss or matte
finish, onto the printed signs to provide UV, scratch
and weather protection. Your sign will last for years
when protected with this laminate. We do this as a
matter of course on our printed signs.
84” Sabre Cut Machine.
This machine provides the cleanest and straightest cut
on the edges of your signs for the most professional
results.
Rayzist Sandblasting Machine.
This machine is used to etch or engrave glass, plastic,
metal, stone and marble. Applications include trophies
and awards, plaques, monuments. It is also used to make
embossed signs from wood, metal or sign foam.
Special Sign Frames and Holders.
We make custom sign frames and holders from wood and
metal.
Coordination services.
Included in your price for your architectural, channel,
or lighted sign needs, we provide the complete graphic
design and purchase the sign components that we do not
make from approved manufacturers. Then we coordinate
with the engineer and contractor, when permits are
required, to assure a smooth and timely installation. |
Installation
|
Small Signs.
Many of our signs such as small real estate signs, yard
signs and the like, are small enough for our customer to
install. In those cases, the signs can be picked up at
our factory or shipped to the customer.
When the sign is too large for customer installation we
deliver and install the sign. We install signs up to 32
square feet that require post holes. There is a per hole
charge of $70 plus a delivery fee of $1.00 per mile if
the distance is more than 10 miles from our factory.
Our prices include installation of window graphics and
decals plus a $1.00 per mile fee if the location is more
than 10 miles from our factory.
Our price includes installation of vehicle wraps and
advertising if the installation site is within 10 miles
of our factory or vehicle is brought to our factory and
remains attended during the installation. If the
installation is more than 10 miles from our factory a
$1.00 per mile service charge is added.
Our price for large signs that require a permit and
contractor for installation does not include
installation. It does include our coordination services
with the engineer and contractor to assure a smooth and
timely installation. |
Ancillary Services
We offer exceptionally low prices for business cards, post cards,
rack cards, invitations, letterheads and envelopes. As with our
graphic design for the signs, we offer the first 20 minutes of
design for any of these items included in our low pricing.
